Refund Policy for Reiki Services - A Nu ViiBe


At A Nu ViiBe, we deeply value your trust in our services and commitment to your well-being. To ensure a smooth and fulfilling experience, we would like to inform you of our payment policy for Reiki services:

Payments for Reiki sessions at A Nu ViiBe are required in full before the scheduled session. This upfront payment serves as confirmation of your dedication to your healing journey.

All payments made for Reiki services are non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

Your upfront payment is essential to secure your appointment for the scheduled Reiki session. The confirmation of your session is dependent on the successful processing of the full payment.

In the event of a cancellation or a request to reschedule, the initial payment made for the Reiki session remains non-refundable. To secure a new appointment, a new payment will be required.

Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of A Nu ViiBe. Approval of exceptions, if granted, will not set a precedent for future cases.

By booking a Reiki session with A Nu ViiBe, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this no-refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and dedication to your journey of healing.
